You can CHANGE PASSWORD by doing this:

go to www.knightandmagic.com
use CHANGE PASSWORD feature
enter account name
current password
new password
new password (2nd time)

If everything matches,
your change request will instantly be made.

If it doesn't work, use FORGOT PASSWORD to change.
