If you think you may have lost an item,
please follow this checklist:

- check warehouse
- check 2nd page of your expanded inventory
- event items may be temporary
- item was sold, traded or deleted

If you still can't find it, KAM team can search your player log.
Please send the following details via FORUM HELP:

1. Character Name
2. Item Name
3. Date Last Seen

If a system error has occurred,
we can return all missing items.

We can not return items that were sold,
traded or manually deleted by players.
